GENERAL SELLING CONDITIONS The present general selling conditions apply to any product presented on www.divid-dock-shop.com The offers of products on line as well as the prices are valid only as long as they are visible on the Site and within the limit of stocks available. The drawings, images or diagrams are reproduced on the Site only by way of illustration and do not form part of the contractual conditions. An order becomes final only after its acceptance by Divid-Dock. Divid-dock reserves the right to refuse any ordering of a customer with whom there would be a dispute relating to the payment of a former order.
RETURNS AND RECLAMATIONS It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately check the goods at the time of delivery. Any complaint concerning product’s defects must be addressed to Divid-Dock as soon as possible within 8 (eight) days following the delivery. Products should be sent back to Divid-Dock in good conditions and in their original packaging. Shipment fees in relation with the return of any Divid-Dock product are the responsibility of the customer. Such fees will have to be paid by the customer on his own charges.
APPLICABLE DUTY/LITIGATIONS This contract is subject to the Swiss law.
